Even for excellent products and services, quality and price
are not the only selling points. The client´s personal
impression of the sales representative is a significant factor
during the decision-making process. Positive and professional
personal conduct and body language are key components in
successfully closing a sale.
This seminar enables participants to consciously and
effectively use their body language and personal conduct to
support and enhance the sales process. Participants learn how
to optimize their own style as well as how to read non-verbal
messages conveyed by the client.
