Process optimization
The
KeSch
expert is a, mechanical engineer and Bachelor of
Business Administration (BBA, Business School, Winterthur). He
worked as a project engineer and production manager in the
industry. Since 1996 he works as a consultant for various
consulting firms in the areas of Lean Manufacturing,
Industrial engineering and process optimization.
As a trainer and coach he works in the fields of management
training, training methods, (lean management, value analysis,
FMEA, SMED), customer acquisition and fair training.
For training and coaching the KeSch
expert has got a coach and
counselor training, diversified methods and industry knowledge
and various methodological and didactic trainings.
