Change Facilitation
The KeSch
trainer is a social anthropologist
with psychological education as well as she holds a Master of
Management degree (Universities of Berlin, Santo Domingo and
Tromsų). She also teaches at several universities in Germany
and Norway.
She is using the tools provided by her
education with WILL (Workshop Institute for Living Learning
for coaching, training and facilitation), she is certified
trainer by Applied Learning and is familiar with the systemic
way of thinking. Additionally she commonly uses Large Group
Interventions like Open Space, Future Search, RTSC and
Appreciative Inquiry. She also holds the title Designated
Corporate Speaker of the International Association of
Corporate Speakers.
She has been working as coach, trainer and facilitator since
1990 and is specialised in rhetoric skills, communication
skills, sales and success factors for individuals, groups and
large groups.
She is specialised in inspiring for new innovative ideas and
the practical facilitation and implementation of changes.
The KeSch trainer can coach, train and work in norwegian,
english and german.
